🔑 Overview

The DCT Apps Pricing Table Generator creates dynamic pricing tables from a Google Sheet. It runs within the DCT Apps members area, allowing you to customize colors, borders, and styles, then generate embeddable HTML code. Share your table across platforms with a consistent, professional look.

Privacy-first: Your data is sourced from your public Google Sheet. Ensure proper sharing settings to protect sensitive information.

🚀 Setup

Prepare Your Google Sheet

Create a sheet with a tab named "Pricing Tables."
Row 1 (B1:G1): Use 🙏 to enable columns (e.g., B1=🙏, C1=🙏).
Row 2 (B2:G2): Enter plan titles (e.g., "Annual plan," "Monthly plan").
Rows 3+ (A3:G...): List features with ✅ (included) or ❌ (not included).
Add a "Final row" (e.g., A5="PRICE: $27/month") with prices in enabled columns.
Set sharing to "Anyone with the link" as Viewer.

Save the sheet URL for the next step.

Access the Tool

Log in to the DCT Apps members area where the tool is embedded.
Paste your Google Sheet URL into the input field.

Tip: Test with a sample sheet first to verify data loads correctly.

🎨 Customize

Colors

Adjust checkmark (✅), X (❌), border, header, and feature column colors using hex codes or color pickers.

Styles

Choose border style (solid, dashed, dotted), thickness, font, and bold options for headers and features.

Checkmarks & X

Select from emojis (e.g., ✅, ❌) or add custom ones via text inputs.

📤 Generate & Embed

Click Generate Table to preview your table.
Click Copy Code to copy the embeddable HTML (works best when embedded online).
Paste the code into your website or platform (e.g., Systeme.io).
Test the live table to ensure it displays correctly.

If "Copy Code" fails, manually select and copy from the textarea.

Best practice: Download the template, edit it in a spreadsheet, and import into Google Sheets.

Click Download Template CSV in the tool to get the latest version.

📱 Mobile View

The table adapts to mobile with wrapped text in the feature column. Ensure feature text is concise or split across rows for best results.

Test on a mobile device after embedding to confirm layout.

❓ FAQ & Troubleshooting

Table doesn’t load.

Check the Google Sheet URL and ensure the "Pricing Tables" tab (case sensitive) is public with "Anyone with the link" as Viewer.

Text is cut off on mobile.

Ensure feature text is short or split across rows.

I added a colour but the table doesn’t update?

You need to click Generate Table each time to see the changes reflected in the table.
